Refund Policy
PLEASE READ THIS REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE. BY COMPLETING A PURCHASE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THIS POLICY IN ITS ENTIRETY.
1. General Policy — No Refunds
DUE TO THE NATURE OF ASTROLOGICAL AND METAPHYSICAL SERVICES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE OPERATE A STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY.
By making a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- Astrology readings, horoscopes, consultations, and related services are intangible, personalized, and immediately delivered upon purchase or within the agreed timeframe.
- Once a reading or consultation has been delivered (in part or in full), no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- The subjective nature of astrological interpretation means that dissatisfaction with the content, tone, or predictions of a reading does not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Disagreement with a prediction, interpretation, or reading outcome is not a valid basis for a refund claim.
- Outcomes or events predicted in a reading that do not occur do not entitle you to a refund.
2. Digital Products
All digital products (e-books, reports, recorded content, PDF readings, etc.) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. By downloading or accessing digital content, you irrevocably waive any right to a refund for that content.
3. Subscription Services
If we offer subscription-based services:
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing period.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
4. Limited Exceptions
We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, consider a partial or full refund only in the following highly exceptional and documented circumstances:
- A service was purchased but NEVER delivered due to a verified technical failure on our end, AND you notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error, with documentary proof provided.
All refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted in writing through our contact page within 7 days of the issue. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation before approving any exception.
Approval of any such exception is entirely at our discretion and does not establish a precedent or obligation to approve future requests.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider for a valid charge constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, we reserve the right to:
- Permanently suspend your access to our services.
- Pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any fees incurred as a result of the chargeback.
- Report the fraudulent chargeback to relevant authorities where applicable.
If you have a legitimate concern about a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving genuine disputes amicably.
6. Cancellation of Appointments
For live consultation sessions:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a one-time rescheduling (not a refund).
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
- Failure to attend a scheduled session ('no-show') forfeits the full payment with no refund or rescheduling option.
